Flu season getting worse: Death toll rises to 37 children


A deadly flu epidemic spreading across the nation has now claimed the lives of 37 children, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday. The astonishing number the of patients the CDC expects to see by the end of the season, on Channel 2 Action News at 5 p.m. And the CDC said more Baby Boomers, those 50-64 years old, are at a higher risk of getting the flu this year than in previous years.
