Monkey-bike rider pleads guilty over hit-run death


A young mini-motorbike rider has pleaded guilty over the hit-run death of a mother of two outside a Carrum Downs shopping centre in September 2015. Jakobsson knocked down Andrea Lehane with the mini-bike, or monkey bike, as she walked across a pedestrian crossing in Carrum Downs in 2015.
