Cops unleash dog on naked, drunk man


Shocking video shows San Diego cops allowing a police dog to maul a naked drunk man - including a near-minute stretch when officers already have him pinned to the ground. The disturbing incident from August 2015 was captured in police body-cam footage, which was recently obtained by NBC Los Angeles.
