1 missing, 4 rescued after boat capsizes off San Diego


SAN DIEGO >> Authorities say one man is missing and four others were rescued after a 24-foot power boat capsized in the ocean of San Diego. Lee Swanson of San Diego Fire-Rescue says lifeguards swam from Windansea Beach near La Jolla to bring two victims to shore Wednesday evening.
