Array BioPharma Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
Array BioPharma Inc. announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 18,400,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.25 per share. The gross proceeds from the sale of the shares, before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $115 million.
