Repligen Corporation Prices Public Offering of Shares of Common Stock

Repligen Corporation today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,807,017 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $42.75 per share. In addition, Repligen Corporation has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 421,052 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
