щас внедрить в жизнь и прекрасными историями о том, что "все так и
работает, как ты рассказывал!".

Спасибо вам, это очень вдохновляет :)


Сегодня же хочу напомнить одну очень важную вещь для новичков,
которые решили взяться за свое здоровье. (например, вы начали
заниматься ИИ или подкорректировали питание)

Очень часто народ жалуется, что, мол, обещали тонну здоровья,
а у меня сопли в 3 ручья (или обострение какой-нибудь хроники)

На самом тут все закономерно, сами подумайте, ведь вы запустили
процесс чистки и  природа выводит из вас гадость самым естественным
образом, в виде соплей, например.

Иногда организм выбирает еще более прямые пути :))), к этому тоже
нужно быть готовым.
